We work to make the SIMORA website and customer account clear, usable and accessible to as many people as possible. Accessibility adjustments are implemented with reference to Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
Accessibility standard
The website is developed with accessibility principles based on Israeli Standard 5568 for web content accessibility and the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines. Accessibility is an ongoing process and the service is reviewed as the product changes.

Keyboard and assistive technology
The site is designed to support navigation using Tab and Shift+Tab, activation using Enter or Space where appropriate, and Escape to close supported menus and accessibility controls. We continue to improve compatibility with common assistive technologies.
